Creative candy inspired milkshakes and the famous King Kong Sundae round out Sugar Factory’s inspired menu. Sugar Factory also found a way to spike your favorite drinks by offering signature smoking candy goblets, and specialty martinis and cocktails, such as the Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan or Cherry Tootsie Pop. Our more unique selections include Banana Split Crepes, Rocky Road Fondue and Red Velvet Pancakes. Sugar Factory’s culture is a celebrated concept of food and drink menus that include perfectly executed classics, from eggs benedict and burgers to housemade flatbreads, savory steaks and pastas. Beyond the retail store the space boasts a crystal chandelier appointed dining room with a full bar, table and booth seating. We are especially excited to introduce our signature Couture Pops to Chicago! For every tonne of sugar produce 100 litre of ethanol can be produced.Upon entering Sugar Factory, guests are greeted by a dazzling retail store and ice cream shop offering a rainbow array of specialty candies, a café menu and gifts. One tonne of sugar produced generates one tonne surplus bagasse which can be used to generate 400Kwh of power. Sugar’s by products are molasses & bagasse. 1/3rd of world ethanol production is from corn, the rest is produce from sugar based raw material like molasses or beet/juice molasses. In Brazil, ethanol doping has been mandated by the government at 24%. With further increase in the ethanol doping to 10% from June 2007, the annual demand would rise up to about 1100 million litre. Indian sugar exports experience wide fluctuations from year to year.

The Sugarcane Control Order stipulates that a new mill cannot be established within a distance of less than 1 km from an existing mill. The proportion of levy sugar has however been reduced from 40% to 10%.
#The sugar factory for free
Under policy, a certain percentage of sugar production in factories is levied by the government on a pre-fixed price for distribution under PDS and the remaining production goes for free sale. In addition to the SMP some states fix a price (generally higher then SMP) known as the State Advised Price (SAP). SMP is fixed after consulting the State Governments and associations of sugar industry and cane growers. We have taken traditional American breakfast.
